Feed four frame strips, press them on the mitre — in a single cycle.

The machine feeds four frame strips simultaneously via separate feed axes, aligns them on the mitre and presses them into the finished frame in one cycle. With automatic format adjustment over two servo axes, VFD-driven conveyors and guarded hoods on each axis.

Recipe-controlled welding cell for socket-and-pin joints.

Material buffer, torch guidance and the welding process run recipe-controlled to stored profiles. The welding torch is actively tracked during the process and compensates part tolerances automatically — tubes can be round or oval. Plus fast changeover between part types via recipe management, end-to-end axis and bus diagnostics and an integrated safety concept.

AI quality control for concrete blocks — every batch inspected in under two seconds.

A camera captures the complete batch on the pallet; our in-house ML system detects every single block and checks it for cracks, chipping and colour defects. The positions of defective blocks go straight to the Beckhoff controller via ADS — the robot swaps them automatically. New products can be retrained right at the machine, no ML expertise required.
